good morning...

so...in the last 36 hours i have eaten more food than i have eaten in a looooong time!!...i started off the extravaganza christmas eve with a beautiful  fondue dinner...with homemade tartine bread RIGHT out of the oven...pickled cherry peppers and a few homemade fried jalapenos...and of course ya gotta have cold pinot grigio with it right?...

then...the next morning my wonderful neighbors devon and phil invited us to have christmas breakfast with them...their family tradition...they had everything... chocolate chip pancakes...eggs...ham...bacon...sausage...potatoes o'brien...orange juice...and sparkling cranberry cider!! i was STUFFED...had to go home and take a nap!...

...and finishing the day off i woke from my nap just in time to go meet our friends john and alfie at ridgeway grill for christmas dinner!!...

 it was fantastic...i had a gorgeous rosemary crusted cut of prime rib...fingerling potatoes...haricot verts...and a luscious piece of chocolate mousse layer cake!!!...needless to say i was...AGAIN...STUFFED!!

so...the menu for the next few days is gonna be reeeeaaaallly light!!...a little lettuce from the garden...with a side of air!!...
