| cut dough into 4 sections...place in bowls lined with a kitchen towel... |
| cover and let rest for 3 to 4 hours... |
| after preheating your pan at 450...place your dough in your pan...put a lid on it and bake for 20 minutes...then take the lid off and bake another 20 minutes...HELLO!! |
