on the menu tonite...florida seafood cioppino with homemade sourdough rolls that would rival san francisco's sourdough flavor...all the seafood in this cioppino is from the beautiful florida coast...(with the exception of the tilapia)...




shrimp shells for the cioppino broth...



add celery...onions...carrots...bay leaf...peppercorns and water...simmer for 2 hours
                         
strain all the vegetables...
ingredients...green pepper...onion...fresh garlic...fresh pureed tomato...tomato paste...white wine...shrimp...scallops...tilapia...crab legs...clams...and lobster



saute green peppers...onions...and garlic...in LIGHT butter

add your shrimp broth...

add your fresh tomato puree...and tomato paste to your desired consistency...


add your seafood...when the clams open...it's time to eat!!





homemade sourdough rolls...a must!...for sure the king arthur extra tangy sourdough recipe from their starter
