on the menu today...REUBENS...the king of all sandwiches...homemade rye bread...boar's head brand corned beef...deli kraut...publix deli cheese...on the side...double fry french fries with joe senser style dipping sauce...

1st fry...

joe senser style dipping sauce for the fries...sour cream...ranch dressing...mayo...horseradish...vinegar (apple cider)...paprika and cayenne



ya gotta have options right?.. # 2 tangy bbq dipping sauce for the fries...ketchup...mustard...bbq sauce...and red wine vinegar...we love dipping sauces


for an appetizer...i made a spinach cheese dip to go in a home made sour dough bowl...asiago cheese...mozzarella cheese...romano cheese...fresh garlic...white wine...fresh spinach (of course from our garden) and vigo bread crumbs...baked at 350 for about 45 minutes

1000 island dressing for the king...mayo...ketchup...and pickles

double fried potato-yyy deliciousness...

As much as my wife LOVES Reubens, I think I would be thrilled just eating the fries and dips!
