being from minnesota originally you know we love brats!...tonite on the menu we are making homemade brats stuffed with sauerkraut...onion...and a dash of yellow mustard!! on the side...homemade potato chips and the house special french onion dip!





ingredients for brats...fresh ground pork...garlic powder...nutmeg...mace...caraway...fresh ginger..kosher salt...pepper...dried milk...sauerkraut...shaved onion...a dash of yellow mustard


pork with seasonings...sauerkraut...onions and mustard

we use kitchen aid products...making sausage... a 2 man job!...sorry no action pictures...


taaa daahh! i think the perham meatlocker would approve! (you can get your casings at your local market...thank you wynn's market)


homemade potato chips...







for the house dip....caramelize your onions with butter and a little salt...

to finish the dip...sour cream...garlic powder...onion powder...kosher salt...pepper...worcestershire sauce and your caramelized onions...wonderful!!!

a little fresh vegetable salad ...tomato from our garden...broccoli... baby bella mushrooms...fresh pressed garlic...olive oil...red wine vinegar...salt and pepper
